Adult Therapy
45 minutes
Individual therapy provides adults a private space to understand what is causing distress and how earlier experiences, present circumstances, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and physical responses may be connected.
Our work may involve examining longstanding patterns, addressing an immediate concern, or integrating both. The goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and greater flexibility in how you respond to life.
Couples Therapy
60 minutes
Couples often seek therapy when they care about one another but feel caught in recurring patterns of conflict, distance, resentment, or misunderstanding. The same disagreement may repeat without resolution, or communication may have become defensive, avoidant, or emotionally charged.
Couples therapy creates an opportunity to slow these patterns down and understand what each partner is experiencing beneath the surface. I help couples communicate more directly, recognize the emotional dynamics shaping their interactions, and consider new ways of relating to one another.
Senior Therapy

Later life can bring opportunities for reflection and growth, along with changes that may be emotionally difficult to navigate. Retirement, evolving family roles, health concerns, caregiving responsibilities, the loss of important relationships, or questions about identity and purpose can create feelings of anxiety, sadness, isolation, or uncertainty.
Therapy offers a private space to consider these experiences openly and without judgment. I help older adults process loss and change, understand longstanding emotional and relationship patterns, and approach the next chapter of life with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy
45 minutes
Adolescence and young adulthood bring significant emotional, social, academic, and developmental changes. Even capable young people can become overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, identity concerns, family conflict, friendship difficulties, or uncertainty about their future.
With extensive postgraduate training and experience working with adolescents, I seek to provide a setting in which young patients can speak openly, develop a stronger understanding of themselves, and find healthier ways of managing difficult feelings and relationships.
Family and Parenting Sessions
60 minutes
Families can become organized around patterns that are difficult to recognize from within. Stress, changes in a child’s behavior, differences in parenting, shifting roles, or a major transition can place pressure on the entire family.
Family and parenting sessions may help family members communicate more clearly, understand one another’s perspectives, establish healthier boundaries, and respond to conflict more constructively.
